Dear Friends,
On the request of our members we had approached CMD, Air India and Director Commercial Air India for waiving off cancellation charges on Air India Domestic Flights due to Coronavirus and withdrawal of E-Visa/Regular Visas issued to Chinese nationals/other nationalities residing in China.
We are enclosing herewith email received just now from Air India waiving off the cancellation charges on domestic sector along with the procedure to be followed.
