Subject: Special Fare on IndiGo Airlines – 35^th IATO Annual Convention, 12 – 15 September 2019, Kolkata 

Dear Friends,

This is to remind you about the 35^th IATO Annual Convention being held in Kolkata from 12- 15 September 2019. If you have not registered for the convention so far,  kindly register immediately on the link www.iato.in and  https://iato.in/convention2/home/69

We have negotiated special fares on certain sectors with Indigo Airlines for travel to Kolkata and back from various cities to attend the 35^th IATO Annual Convention. The details of the flight and the dates are enclosed herewith.

However, in this case, we have been advised by Indigo Airlines that these reservations have to be routed through one point.  Ms. Sakshi Mehra, Uday Tours and Travel Pvt. Ltd. will help in ticketing and will be one point contact for the same. Therefore in case you require seats on these flights please forward your request to Ms. Sakshi Mehra on e-mail id ticketingccu@gmail.com (Mobile No. 9811093134). She will issue the tickets and the fare could be deposited in Uday Tours account immediately. In this connection please note the following:-

1) These air seats will be available on First Come First Serve basis.

2) There will be NIL cancellation in case of name change / cancellation till the time limit as mentioned against each sector in the enclosed fare sheet.

3) After the time limit is over the tickets would be totally non-refundable and valid for flights mentioned on the tickets only.

4) To enable us book the flights please forward the following information of the delegates:-

6) Tickets would be sent to all concerned 07 days before the date of travel.
