Sub: SEPC Mart during Global Exhibition on Services (GES), 15th-18th May, 2018, Mumbai

Dear Members,

With an aim to engage Industry and Governments across the world to promote greater exchange of trade in services between India and rest of the world, the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, in association with Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) has created a dedicated platform, the Global Exhibition on Services (GES), with an attempt to give the multifaceted Indian services the global visibility they deserve and to simultaneously encourage trade in services at a global level.

You may be aware, that this year, SEPC Mart at Global Exhibition on Services (GES) 2018 is going to be organized from 15th -18th May 2018 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai

IATO Members are invited to participate as exhibitor by taking a booth in SEPC Mart from 15-18 May at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai.

Cost of booth for participation as Exhibitor is as under :-

* Electricity Charges will be extra

** Taxes will be charged extra.

Application form for booking of space is attached.

Members who will be taking booth in SEPC Mart can recommend five (5) names of their foreign buyers out of which two or more will be selected by a committee. Foreign buyers who are selected will be provided return Air ticket (subject to Maximum of INR 45000/-) and stay for duration of the event i.e. 2 or 3 nights’ accommodation with breakfast depending upon the final itinerary and airport pickup and drop.

Names of the potential foreign buyers may be sent on email id ges-mumbai@servicesepc.org

A copy of the letter which members who are taking booth, can send to their foreign buyers is attached.
