Gardens of the Maidens

Not many states in India can be given this definition: religious shrines, wildlife and monuments are put together and the name of the assembler is called Gujarat. The Gujarat tour package is about 15 days and 14 nights. The journey will be proceeded in this way: Mumbai to Rajkot, Rajkot to Junagadh and then to Sasangir, then Sasangir to Veraval and Somnath and Diu, after that Diu to Palitana and Bhavnagar, then Bhavnagar to Lothal and Ahmedabad and then Dungarpur, next is Dungarpur to Udaipur and returning to Mumbai.

Day 01: Mumbai
On arrival, you will be met by our representative & transferred to hotel where we will be holding the rooms on ready occupancy basis. Overnight at hotel.
 
Day 02: Mumbai 
Breakfast at hotel, AM: proceed to take a cruise in the Arabian Sea to see the famous Elephanta Caves - Hewn out of solid rock, the Elephanta Caves date back to 600 AD, The cave complex is a collection of shrines, courtyards, inner cells, grand halls and porticos arranged in the splendid symmetry of Indian rock-cut architecture, and filled with exquisite stone sculptures of Hindu Gods and Goddesses represented in many reincarnations. 
 
In the afternoon city tour of Mumbai (Bombay) visiting Gateway of India – the imposing stone archway in Indo-Saracenic architecture built in 1911, Prince of Whales Museum, Hanging Gardens, the Aquarium and Marine Drive, also known as "Queens Necklace".
Overnight stay in hotel.
 
Day 03: Mumbai - Rajkot
Breakfast at hotel and checkout, Morning transfer to Airport for flight to Rajkot. On  arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to hotel. Afternoon city tour covering Kaba Gandhi Delo – Gandhiji’s ancestral home, Watson Museum & library located in the pleasant Jubilee garden, Lal Pari Lake & Randerda – a picturesque picnic spot. 
Overnight at hotel.
 
Day 04: Rajkot - Junagadh - Sasangir
Breakfast at hotel & check-out from hotel, Morning drive to Sasangir en-route visiting Junagadh – An ancient fortified city rich in Myth & Legend. Visit Uparkot Fort – famous for its virtual inaccessibility, Ashoka’s Rock edicts – the fourteen rock edicts of the Emperor Ashoka, Damodar Kund – A sacred tank. On arrival in Sasangir, check in into  hotel. 
Overnight at hotel.
 
Day 05: In Sasangir
Breakfast at hotel, The day to visit the world of wild fauna. Time for Game viewing.
Overnight at hotel. 
 
Day 06: Sasangir - Veraval - Somnath - Diu
Breakfast at hotel, Morning proceed to Somnath enroute visiting Veraval – one of the India’s major fishing ports. Visit Bhalkeshwar temple and Bhid Bhanjan Mandir. In Somnath visit the seat of the twelve most sacred "Jyotirlingas’ of Lord Shiva, continue the drive to Diu, on arrival check in into hotel. Overnight at hotel. 
 
Day 07: In Diu
Breakfast at hotel, Morning visit to the town sandwiched between the massive fort to the east and a huge city wall to the west. In the afternoon relax at Nagoa beach.
Overnight at hotel.
 
Day 08: Diu – Palitana – Bhavnagar 
Breakfast at hotel and check-out, later in morning drive to Palitana – The Place of Victory, Visit the exclusive Jain temple..
Later drive to Bhavnagar. On arrival check in into palace hotel. 
Overnight stay at hotel.
 
Day 09: Bhavnagar
Breakfast at hotel, Morning visit Gauri Shankar Lake – a be  autiful picnic spot, Takhteshwar temple & The Lock Gate. 
Overnight stay at hotel.
 
Day 10: Bhavnagar – Lothal – Ahmedabad
Breakfast at hotel & later checkout, Morning drive to Ahmedabad en-route visiting Lothal Archaeological museum. On arrival check in into hotel. Overnight to be spent at hotel.
 
Day 11: In Ahmedabad 
Breakfast at hotel, Morning sight seeing tour of Ahmedabad covering Ahmed Shah's Mosque, Balvatika, Teen Darwaza and Bhadra Fort, Daria Khan's Ghumat, Siddi Sayyad's Mosque, Gita Mandir, Swami Narayan Temple, Hathisingh Jain Temple, ruins of Jhulta Minar (Swinging Minarets), Jama Masjid , Kankaria Lake, Rani Sipri's Mosque and Tomb, Rani Roopmati Mosque & Sabarmati Ashram. Evening free to relax, overnight at hotel.
 
Day 12: Ahmedabad – Dungarpur
Breakfast at hotel and checkout from hotel, Morning drive to Dungarpur. On arrival check in at Palace Hotel, picturesquely sited between a lake teeming with birds and a  jungle. Day free to explore the surroundings. Overnight at hotel.
 
Day 13: Dungarpur – Udaipur
Breakfast at hotel and checkout, Morning drive to Udaipur. On arrival, check in into hotel. 
Evening excursion to Nagda Ruins & Eklingji Temples on the lake Bagel, drive back to Udaipur.
Overnight at hotel.
 
Day 14: Udaipur 
Breakfast at hotel - AM sightseeing tour of Udaipur visiting The City Palace and Museum is considered as the largest palace complex in Rajasthan comprising of Jagdish Temple which was built in 1651 AD, Crystal Gallery & Durbar Hall all in the vicinity of City Palace Complex. Later visit Maharana Pratap Memorial it has the bronze statue of Maharana Pratap, the legendary warrior king of Udaipur. Saheliyon Ki Bari is a small ornamental garden built in the honour of royal ladies. Late afternoon enjoy a two hour boat-ride on Lake Pichola visiting many Ghats (banks) of washing, bathing etc and enjoy excellent views of the Lake Palace and City Palace. Evening free to relax, 
Overnight at the hotel.
 
Day 15: Udaipur - Mumbai 
Arrive Mumbai, transfer assistance to and from airport, board flight for return journey

•    Rates mentioned are per person on twin sharing basis.
•    Extra Adult sharing the same room will be charged 50% of the package rates (per person rates)
•    Extra child 5-12 years will be charged 40% of the package rates
•    Entry & exit points will be nearest to the destinations

•    Should the no. of passengers, inclusions, hotel category or type of transport change at any given point the cost 
     is liable to change and payable as advised by us.
•    Rates/itineraries/payment terms are subject to change without any prior notice.
•    For Ac Vehicle A/c will work only in the plains and will be switched-off during hill drives.
•    Children below 5 years accommodation will be on complimentary basis sharing parent’s room and breakfast 
     charges as applicable.
•    The given cost is inclusive of all services mentioned in the quotation and no refund will be processed for any 
     service which is not avail by guest once in tour.
•    Hotel Check In / out time is 14:00, early Check in and Late Checkout depends on Availability of Rooms, also with
