It is our absolute pleasure to announce BTM 2019, the largest B2B Travel Mart in Eastern India...
We request you to kindly CIRCULATE our special Invitation exclusively for the IATO Members to join the Hosted Buyers Program for the Bengal Travel Mart, 2019
Members have to register on our official website www.bengaltravelmart.in The Buyers selection committee will select the suitable buyers who after completing the process can attend the Bengal Travel Mart as a Hosted Buyer.
Terms & Conditions:
a) For the confirmation as a Hosted Buyer(subject to selection) each member has to pay INR 7,000 (Non refundable registration fees) + INR 5,000 (Refundable security deposit) a total of INR 12,000. Out of that INR 5,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) will be refunded to the buyers 45 days after the completion of the Mart.
b) Air Fares / Train Fares will be reimbursed upto a certain limit. The actual fare or the limit which ever is lower.
Reimbursement of Travel Expenses for the Buyers
East India (West Bengal, Seven Sisters, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Sikkim) - INR 3,000 net (To & Fro Air Fare / Train Fare)
North India (Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir) - INR 5,000 net (To & Fro Air Fare / Train Fare)
West India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa) - INR 6,000 net (To & Fro Air Fare / Train Fare)
Central India (Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand) - INR 6,000 net (To & Fro Air Fare / Train Fare)
South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana) - INR 7,000 net (To & Fro Air Fare / Train Fare)
c) Accommodation for 02 Nights at Siliguri on Twin sharing basis during the mart (04 star Hotel), All Transfers with pickup from the airport / station, networking, meals, 02 nights FAM Trip (details on the website) are all included in the package for buyers.
We also request IATO to help us in getting some quality Sellers for the Mart. They could be Hotel Chains, Individual Hotels, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Ticketing Agents or any company / organisation related to Tourism.
