Sub: Important Information – 34th IATO Annual Convention, 6 - 9 September 2018, Vishakhapatnam
We are now in the process of finalizing arrangements for our 34th IATO Annual Convention to be held in Vishakhapatnam from 6 -9 September, 2018. For the convenience of all the delegates, we would like to share some important information including the contact details of the persons concerned for different activities.
1) TRANSFERS FROM AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION TO HOTEL
All delegates who have booked hotels through the IATO Secretariat would be received at Vishakhapatnam Airport / Railway Station and transferred to the respective hotels.
Most of you have provided us the arrival / departure information and those who have not yet provided the same are once again requested to forward their arrival / departure flight details to the IATO office by 12 noon on Monday, the 3rd September 2018.
IATO Secretariat will function from Novotel Hotel from Tuesday, the 4th September 2018 and any change in the arrival details to be advised to IATO Secretariat at any of the following e-mail IDs

5) DEPARTURE TRANSFERS
The pickup time for the departure transfers would be 02 hours 30 minutes before the schedule departure of the flights and 01 hours 15 minutes before the schedule departure of the train. Please let the IATO Travel Desk at Novotel Hotel know about your departure flight details.
