The office is managed by one Director Level of professional who is from the same Destination and knows the topography of the destination like the back of his hand. He is a thorough professional and understand the need of the travellers in totality. If at all the travellers, during his/her travel need any help, with regards to his tour, the Director at the destination can be contacted (at any time of the day) and he is readily available to help the tourist.

In case of any medical emergency concerning any traveller, he is the best person to guide the person requiring aid to get the best possible help in that region. In case of Bhutan or any upcoming destination in another country, If at all the person need any sort of Government intervention, he is always there to liason
