Sub: IATO Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, the 18th November 2020 on
1130 hours on Zoom

IATO Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, the 18th November
2020 at 1130 hours on Zoom. The agenda of the Annual General Meeting is
as under: -

        * Welcome address by the President
        * Presentation of Annual Report by the Hony. Secretary
        * Presentation of accounts for the F/Y 2019-20 by the Hony. Treasurer
and approval by the General Body
        * Appointment of Auditor for the Financial Year 2020-21
        * Any other point with permission of the chair
        * Vote of thanks by the Sr. Vice President

A copy of the Audited Balance Sheet for the financial year 2019-20 is
enclosed. If you have any observations, please send the same to IATO
Secretariat at the earliest and in any case not later than 9th November,
2020.
