As discussed, kindly find the invitation for the Odisha Virtual Roadshow
for Vizag on 21st Oct, 2020. May we request you to kindly circulate this
among the esteemed members in Vizag.

We would be happy to have IATO partner with us for the 21st Oct Vizag
roadshow. We will give branding to IATO on the eflyer and at the online
venue as a Supporting Partner.

The tour operators and travel agents of Vizag are required to register,
preschedule the b2b meetings and log in on time for the b2b meetings
with the exhibitors as per their meeting schedule. The advisory for the
entire process is attached.

operators, Hoteliers, Industry leaders from Odisha will be part of the
Odisha Tourism Virtual Domestic Roadshow 2020  and they look forward to
interacting on Virtual platform with the leading tour operators, Travel
Agents, Wedding planners from Vizag (Andhra Pradesh) to promote and
market the state Odisha.

The Roadshow will be followed by the Presentation and online B2B
Meetings.
