Dear Members,

As you are aware, IATO had joined the writ filed by Pravasi Legal
cell/TAFI  regarding refund of advances paid to the airlines by our
members.

Attached please find a copy of the judgement of Honble Supreme Court
and almost all our prayers have been accepted.

A copy of the  Supreme Court Judgment dated 1st October 2020 is attached
for your reference.
