Placed below please find email received from India Tourism Paris
regarding Russia-India Tourism Virtual Conference on 27th August 2020 at
1030 hours (IST).

IATO has been asked to nominate 20 tour operators for the above webinar,
who are recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

Members who are interested to attend the above webinar and are
recognised by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India,  may send their
expression of  interest on email id operations@iato.in  and
iato.circulars@gmail.com  by 12 noon on 24th August 2020 as per the
following format:-

The list of confirmed members must include following:

        * Name of the company
        * Name of the representative attending the conference
        * Telephone/Mobile Number
        * Email id
        * Brief of the company( max 200 words)
        * Specialization
        * Whether recognised by Ministry of Tourism (Yes or No), if yes
mention the date till which it is valid

Please note the following:-

        * Members who are not recognized by the Ministry of Tourism,
Government, will not be considered for participation. Hence they should
not apply.
        * If more than 20 names are received, it will be decided by draw of
lot.
        * Names received after 12 noon on  24th August 2020 will not be
considered.

Greetings from India Tourism Paris!!!!!

I sincerely hope that my message finds you well. It’s been a very
difficult time, but we are making progress....

For many weeks now we have all been living under the same cloud of
global containment. Since the situation is on gradual improve

,  to keep the goodwill intact in Russian market; We are planning to
organize a webinar on ‘Russia-India Tourism Conference’ on August
27, 2020 at 1300 hrs. Moscow time. Rosturizm and ATOR jointly with
Embassy of India Moscow and India Tourism Paris/ Moscow are organizing
this first ever virtual  B2B conference.

This conference would be attended by 20 members from each side, who
would be presenting their company in particular, the specialization,
varieties of product line etc. it would also include what are the
expectations from both sides. The timeline for each company should not
exceed 2 Minutes.

This One and half hour B2B conference, would result into a database of
contacts of companies from both sides and would be distributed among all
the participants post event.

Since there are only 20 slots available for the Indian participants, It
is requested that the esteemed members, who wish to attend the Russia-
India Tourism Conference may please confirm their participation latest
by August 24, 2020 to the undersigned.
