giving the details on webinar to be organised on Saturday, 1st August
2020 (1100-1200 hrs.) on the topic “HERITAGE TOURISM IN GUJARAT”.

Members are requested to join the webinar detailed below

Located on the west coast of India, Gujarat has attracted traders,
travellers, migrants and refugees from time immemorial. Thanks to its
rich history, the state presents a fascinating and diverse heritage
ranging from ancient archaeological sites and majestic medieval
monuments to modern architectural marvels. Today, it is possible to stay
in forts, palaces, havelis and other historical properties that have
been converted into heritage hotels or opened as homestays. The two
presenters of this webinar will introduce the Tourism Industry members
to the Tangible and Intangible Heritage of Gujarat as well as the cache
of Heritage Hotels, Homestays, Museums, Lifestyle Event Venues and Film
Shooting Locations that the State has to offer.
