Sub: Names of the Hotels who have agreed to give full refund but have advised, amount would be adjusted against future bookings of advance paid and bookings cancelled in wake of Covid -19 pandemic
This is further to our circular dated 29th May 2020 asking members to send us the details of hotels who have refused to refund the advance paid by our members. We have received response from the members and taking up FHRAI/HAI through FAITH along with the list of all such hotels who have refused to make refund.
Now we seek following information from the members with the names of the hotels, who have agreed to give full refund but have advised that this would be adjusted against future bookings.
