PATA Business Impact Survey

Dear PATA Members, Chapter Members and Industry Stakeholders,

The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) continues to be in close communication with Destination Marketing Organisations, Ministries of Tourism, and Governments from around the world to monitor the current situation surrounding COVID-19. The circumstances are rapidly evolving, and we are diligently working together to understand how this is affecting your organisation.

With this in mind, we are asking all industry stakeholders to take a few minutes to complete the PATA Business Impact Survey to help us better understand how the current pandemic is impacting your organisation. Your support in completing this survey will provide us with the information we require to work with policymakers and other stakeholders on your behalf towards an appropriate response.

All survey responses will be kept anonymous. As an option, however, we would like to offer the opportunity to share your input with your local governments, so they have a better understanding of your concerns, challenges and issues. While we cannot guarantee that they will respond to you individually, this can help build a case for providing the right assistance for your organisation.

As the industry faces one of the greatest threats it has ever seen, we need to take action now. Through a cooperative and coordination approach, we hope to build a more resilient, responsible, sustainable and stronger travel and tourism industry.
