Sub: Video Conference of the IATO Members tomorrow, Wednesday, the 1st
April 2020 at 4 pm

Dear Members,

In view of the current situation due to COVID-19, lockdown throughout
the country and Government directives, there are many problems being
faced by the members with regard to operation of their business.

To get feedback and questions from the MEMBERS an emergency meeting of
all our members will be held over video conferencing at 4 pm tomorrow,
the 1st April 2020 via Zoom App. Even though IATO is in election mode,
the RO has consented for this meeting under conditions.

You need to download the Zoom App on your mobile from Google Play Store
or Apple App Store or on your laptop from www.zoom.us [1] then Sign up
and create your login id and password.

Please complete all this today.

Once downloaded click on JOIN MEETING and fill in the Meeting ID
736-274-970 tomorrow at 1545 hours tomorrow the 1st April 2020.


As per advice from the Returning Officer, the current Office Bearer/EC
Members, Contestants will not be allowed to offer advice, answers,
feedback or ask questions.

Looking forward to see you tomorrow through Zoom video conference.

PS: please note facility of Video Conferencing is limited to 300 pax
(which is maximum capacity), therefore it will be automatically opened
to  first 300 members joining in.
