Dear Sir/Maa’m,
This is with reference to the earlier communications sent by this Ministry regarding the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus in China and its spread to other countries.
The matter has been examined once again in consultation with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and an updated advisory in the matter is enclosed herewith. It is requested that the same may be widely circulated amongst the travel and hospitality industries within the country and overseas to reassure visitors about India being a safe destination for travel.
This is to once again request all Associations and their members to continue to be vigilant about possible suspect cases and to bring the same to the notice of the health authorities.
