Sub: Cancellation of air tickets due to Coronavirus - booked on Indigo

Dear Members,   

In response to our emails dated 28th January and 31st January 2020 sent to IndiGo Airlines, we have just received a call from IndiGo Airlines informing that all bookings received from China and cancelled due to Coronavirus for travel period between 24th January 2020 to 29th February 2020 will be cancelled with nil cancellations subject to the conditions given below:-

Members are advised to cancel all such bookings on or before 5th February 2020 and submit the list to IndiGo Airlines. Bookings where the names are updated, members need to submit photocopy of the passport of the clients to verify the nationality of the travelers whose tickets have been issued.  

Bookings where names are NOT updated and seats have been blocked on domestic sectors, then please share the international PNR No. along with the name of the airlines and the international sectors booked.  

Photocopies of the passport or the PNR No. could be submitted even later than 5th of February, and no sooner these are submitted, full refund will be made by IndiGo Airlines.

Members are advised to contact the respective Sales Team of IndiGo and in case of any clarification, please contact the IATO Office or the undersigned. This special privilege is available only for the IATO members.
