Sub: Regarding Extension of Commercial Airport Entry Passes to Tour Operators till 31st March 2020
Dear Friends,
This is with reference to our circular dated 4th February 2020 regarding extension of airport entry passes for the tour operators till 31st March 20220.
Please note, this extension of airport entry passes has been given only for the passes, which had expired on or after 31st December 2019. Also please note no new passes will be issued till the time new guidelines for Airport Entry Passes are issued by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, Government of India. These passes will be valid for entry at all the airports as per directives given by BCAS HQ to CISF/local police wherever involved.
The most important thing is that your reps going to the airport must show the old pass and mention at the entry gate that this pass is for the TOUR OPERATOR. This is very important as this extension is only for the passes issued to the tour operators. Please brief all your representative holding airport entry pass accordingly.
If there is any problem at the entry gate by CISF/Security Staff at the airport, reps must tell them to contact the office of Dy. Director General-1, BCAS HQ, New Delhi or the Regional Director Bureau of Civil Aviation Security and at Delhi Airport Mr. R.K. Bhardwaj, Senior Aviation Security Officer, +91-11-25656651.
With best regards,
Rajiv Mehra
