Sub: IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting Rescheduled to Friday, the 17^th January 2020 at 1130 hours at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi

Please refer our circular dated 26^th December 2019 regarding IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting on 8^th January 2020.

We have received request from some of our members to change the date for the luncheon meeting due to SATTE, which is being held from 8-10 January 2020.   

Accordingly, the IATO Luncheon Meeting has been rescheduled and will now be held as per following:-

Day/Date:            Friday, the 17^th January 2020

Timing:                1130 hours

Venue:                 Hotel Le Meridien (Sovereign -2), Janpath New Delhi 

During the meeting, a presentation would be made by TATA motors on their new products.

Please note Lunch is being hosted by TATA Motors.

Agenda of the meeting is as follows:-

• In-house announcements by the Hony. Secretary
• Welcome Address by the President
• Presentation by TATA Motors
• Open House, Question/Answer Session
• Vote of Thanks by the Senior Vice President
• Lunch hosted by TATA Motors

Members are requested to attend in large numbers.

Please send your confirmation to IATO office by 14^th January 2020 to enable make logistical arrangements accordingly.
