Subject: Educational Tour - Visit of children to Ambassador Sky Chef

This is with reference to educational tour of your child to Ambassador Sky Chef,  New Delhi on Saturday, the 28th December, 2019.

We have received the names as per enclosed list.

A Coach has been arranged for the children, which will depart from The Ashok Hotel on Saturday, 28th December 2019 at 1000 hours sharp and your child should assemble in the main lobby of The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi at 0945 hours.

Coach will return at The Ashok Hotel at about 1.30 pm on same day and please arrange to pick up your child from the Ashok Hotel, New Delhi accordingly.
