Sub: Participation of IATO Members in Arabian Travel Mart 2020 in India Pavilion

Dear Colleagues,

This is with reference to our email dated 13^th December (placed below) regarding participation in ArabianTravel Mart 2020

On our request Ministry of Tourism has extended the date till 15^th January, 2020.

Members who are interested to participate  may send their confirmation with the following information to IATO office on email id operations@iato.inwith copy to iato.circulars@gmail.com  definitely by Wednesday the 15^th January 2020  by 12 noon so that we can consolidate and send the list to the Ministry.

Please note members those who have already sent their expression of interest please do not resend your name again.

Once you send us the reconfirmation, it shall be acknowledged within 48 hours by the IATO office and if you don’t receive the acknowledgement from IATO Office, please contact the IATO office.

Sub: Participation of IATO Members in ITB 2020 and Arabian Travel Mart 2020 in India Pavilion

Dear Colleagues,

This is to inform that the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India would be participating in ITB 2020- Berlin and ATM -2020 – Dubai by setting up India Pavilion at the said Fairs.

2.           It is proposed to allot booth for Co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion at the above mentioned fairs.  Costs per booth of 4 Sq. Mt. at the above fairs are given below:

IATO has been asked to send the list of confirmed members who are willing to participate in the above said fairs as co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion.

Please note the following:-

1.                Only one 4 Sq. Mt. booth per agency would be allotted.  Additional booth (s), if required would be provided subject to availability.

2.                Once the list of the confirmed participants is sent to the members, under no circumstance, withdrawal of any member will be allowed by the Ministry.

3.                In case, there are more number of confirmations received as against the number of booths available in the India Pavilion, allocation of booth will be done purely by draw of lots by the Ministry.

4.                Members who are interested to participate in any of the above fair(s) may send their confirmation with the following information to IATO office on email id operations@iato.in with copy to iato.circulars@gmail.com  definitely by Wednesday, the 18^th December 2019 by so that we can consolidate and send the list to the Ministry.
