Subject: Participation of Stakeholders in forthcoming travel fairs/exhibitions with Indiatourism London

Please see email received from Indiatourism London regarding Indiatourism, London participation in the travel fairs in January/February 2020 in UK, Ireland and Benelux countries and participation of stake holders as co-exhibitors.

Members who are interested to participate in any of these fairs may forward their names immediately to Indiatourism London.

Please note the following: -

• As informed by Indiatourism London, participation will be on first come first serve basis and India tourism will raise invoices and collect fee latest by 6^th December, 2019 so that the registration can be done within the deadline.
• The last date for uploading co-exhibitors details in the Service Portal for Utrecht fair is 9th of December 2019 so that co-exhibitors name are uploaded on the website as also on the floor plan.
• Therefore, send your names immediately to Indiatourism London and ensure timely payment.

The Indiatourism, London will be participating in the following fairs in January 2020  in UK, Ireland and Benelux countries the participation fee for which has also been decided which  is as under-

2. It is pertinent to mention here that that till date the Office has already received expression of Interest from the following agencies (as per the order in which the request was received) –

3. IATO is requested to circulate the same among its members and send the names of companies for each of the fair as per the space availability as indicated in para 1 above.  ITO London will then be issuing invoice to such companies.

5. The following are the terms and conditions for the co exhibitors-

        I.               booking shall be confirmed on receipt of payment proof from the Co exhibitor. Payment reference must be given i.e, name of the agency submitting and name of the fair for which it is submitted. ITO, London will not be able to trace the payments for which payment reference has not been made.

    II.               Co exhibitor fee is non-negotiable. The participation fee once received is not refundable even if the participation of co exhibitor is cancelled for whatever reasons.

 III.               Only logo and name of the company will be displayed. It would not be possible to display individual standees of the companies.

 IV.               The co exhibitors are required to fix their meetings themselves. Indiatourism London will not be able to fix any meetings for the co exhibitors.
   
V.               The participation of co exhibitors is on first come first serve basis.

 VI.               The number of co exhibitors may increase or decrease and ITO London shall have the final say.

VII.The art work and logo of the co exhibitors is to be provided directly to Stand constructor (details to be intimated once the work order has been given to Stand builder) with CC to s.sarangi@indiatourismlondon.org and renu.bamrara@indiatourismlondon.org .
