Sub: IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting, Wednesday, the 7th December, 2016 at Siddharth Hotel, Rajendra Place, New Delhi. 
 
The luncheon meeting for the month of December would be held on Wednesday, the 7th December 2016 at 1230 hours at Siddharth Hotel, Rajendra Place, New Delhi  – 110 008
Since the lunch will be contributory, members are requested to pay subsidized cost of lunch i.e. Rs. 600/- per person at the IATO Registration Counter at the hotel and balance will be paid by IATO.   Payment can be made on the spot by:- 
 
• Cash – (Old currency bank notes of Rs. 500 will not be accepted).
• Cheque – (to be made in favour of Indian Association of Tour Operators or IATO)
• Debit/Credit Card - (by Master/Visa Card only)     
 
Agenda of the meeting is as follows:-  
 
• In-house announcements by the Hony. Secretary 
• Welcome address by the President
• Updates on emerging issues and Interaction and Question-Answer session
• Vote of thanks by Senior Vice President 
• Lunch   
 
Members may also send their points in advance to the IATO office for discussion during the meeting to save time. 
            
Members are requested to kindly attend in large numbers and confirm their participation by 3rd December 2016 so that we can confirm firm number of pax to the hotel and make logistical arrangements accordingly.
