Dear Colleagues, 

As you are aware, India Tourism Mart is being organized from 23 – 25 September 2019 at The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi by FAITH in association with Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

For the members who want to exhibit by taking a booth in the mart, FAITH has offered a discounted price for the Association members as per following:-

 

1.        3x2 sq mtrs booth for member of a FAITH association   – Rs   75,000   + GST (For two days)

2.        3x3 sq mtrs booth for member of a FAITH association   – Rs 1,00,000  + GST (For two days)

In order to have a special promotion activity through the members of IATO, our members will be allowed to nominate/recommend one or two buyers depending on the category of stall booked by our members.

 

Exhibitors who book the booths and make the full payment by 31 July 2019, would be eligible to nominate one foreign buyer against the booth size of up to 9 Sq. Meter and two foreign buyers against the booth size of 18 Sq. Meter and above. However, such nominated buyers will have to apply online  on the link https://indiatourismmart.com/hostedbuyer/hosted_buyer_agreement, which will be subject to their meeting the criteria of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

 

The exhibitors would intimate the name of such buyer to the PCO on email idprojectdirector@indiatourismmart.com who would flag this information in the invited buyers form/list without revealing the name of the exhibitors on the buyer form. Such buyers would be accepted and invited subject to their fulfilling the MoT criteria.

You will be glad to know that it was for the first time in the history of India last year that the Ministry of Tourism joined hands with Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism & Hospitality (FAITH) for organizing the India Tourism Mart 2018 which has now become an annual event. This year, India Tourism Mart 2019 is being held from 23rd to 25th September 2019 at Hotel The Ashok, New Delhi.

INDIA TOURISM MART 2019 is a Business to Business (B2B) Mart where the Ministry of Tourism will be hosting 300 - 500 Foreign Tour Operators (FTOs) from across the world.

 

We feel that this represents a very good value for an investment as the audience is directly related to your target market and this allows you very focused delivery of the marketing spend. This will be the only time in the year when you will get so many decision makers available at one platform you will have the who’s who of the International and Indian tourism industry at this Mart.

 

This collective initiative is to ensure nonpartisan approach, so that all exhibitors share the same platform at the same time and the buyers are given choice to meet a cross section of Tourism & Hospitality professionals.
