Please see below email from Indiatourism Paris, which is self-explanatory. Indiatourism Paris would be participating in FITUR 2019 being held in Madrid, Spain from 23-27 January 2019 and they have invited IATO members to participate in India Pavilion as co-exhibitors. Kindly note that Members who are recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India are only allowed to participate as co-exhibitors in India Pavilion. Each co-exhibitor will be allowed to have only one single booth in the India Pavilion, as there is a huge demand and as the space is limited.
The booths are allotted on "First Come - First Serve" basis.

After the confirmation, Participation fee for participation for India Pavilion at FITUIR 2019, payment of Euros 580.00 (Euros Five Hundred & eighty only). The exact amount should be transferred to the account of India Tourism, to avoid audit objection. (Invoice is attached above for your ease & reference).
Kindly note the last date of receipt for Participation Fee is 02nd November. 2018.
