Further to our email dated 22nd December 2016 regarding ITB Berlin from 8 -12 March 2017.  

 

The participation fee has been fixed by the Ministry and the cost of 4 sq. mtr booth size is Rs. 1,57,855/-  (Rupees one lakh fifty seven thousand eight hundred fifty five). Booths can be taken in multiples of 4 sq. mtr i.e. 4,8,12, 16… and the participation fee will be accordingly enhanced if booth space requirement is more than 4 sq. mtr.

 

All stakeholders who wish to book space within the India Pavilion at ITB 2017 are required to deposit an initial amount of Rs. 25,000/- to the Ministry of Tourism as their commitment towards participation in the event.  This amount will be submitted to the Assistant Director General Overseas Marketing Division, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, Transport Bhavan, 1 Parliament Street, New Delhi 110 001, by way of Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, New Delhi valid for a period of 3 months, with validity to be extended thereafter till full payment for the booth is made. The same would be returned to the stakeholders as and when they make full payment for the booth(s) booked by them in the India Pavilion. In the event of any stakeholder not participating in the event after making a commitment, their Demand Draft would be encashed by the Ministry.

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is participating at the International Tourism Bourse (ITB), to be held in Berlin from March 8-12, 2017.

 

The Ministry invites stakeholders to participate in the above exhibition by booking space in the India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis with a view to marketing and promoting their tourism destinations and products. The participation fee has not been decided yet and will be conveyed in due course. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a “First Come First Served Basis”.

Stakeholders who confirm their bookings and pay the initial deposit of Rs. 25000/- by 4th January, 2017 will be treated on par and given the advantage for location of their stall, to be determined by a draw of lots.  For confirmations received thereafter, stall location will be on first come first served basis.
