Sub: Shifting of IndiGo and Spice Jet Flights to Terminal-2 at Delhi Airport

This is to inform all our members that with effect from 25th March 2018 both IndiGo Airlines and SpiceJet will operate some of their flights (both arrival and departures) to Terminal T-2 at Delhi Airport. The flight no. which are being shifted to T-2 are as follows:-

• IndiGo - Flight No. 6E 2000 to 6E 2999


• SpiceJet - Flight No. SG 8000 to SG 8999

Please make note of this change.

Dear Travel Partner,

Greetings From IndiGo!!!

This is to inform you that all IndiGo flights between 6E 2000 to 6E 2999 will depart from and arrive at Terminal 2, Delhi, starting 25th March, 2018. Here are the original and revised flight numbers:

All such IndiGo flights between Delhi and the following destinations will depart from and arrive at Terminal 2, I.G.I Airport: Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Raipur, Srinagar, Udaipur, Vadodara and Visakhapatnam.

IndiGo is undertaking the process of informing existing and new customers who are affected by this change through e-mail, SMS and phone. To enable us to do so successfully, all Travel Agents are requested to do the following, failing which, a sum of INR 5000 per passenger will be payable by the Travel Agent to InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) and IndiGo shall be entitled to debit the same:

• For presently valid bookings for travel on or after 25th March 2018, please update the customer’s accurate e-mail Id and mobile number in the PNR, if not done so already, within 2 (two) days from receipt of this communication.


• For new bookings, please ensure that the customer’s accurate e-mail Id and mobile number are entered in contact details while making the booking.

If the Travel Agent has retained its contact details in the booking, it will be Travel Agent’s responsibility to inform the customer with the same communication as received by the Travel Agent from IndiGo immediately upon receiving such information from IndiGo. In such cases, IndiGo does not take responsibility in case the customer does not receive the information about the proposed terminal and/or reports to the wrong terminal. The Travel agent will indemnify InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo) against any costs incurred towards re-accommodating such customers on subsequent flights and any other cost (including monetary value of any settlement for any settlement with the customer), loss or damages resulting from the customer not receiving the aforesaid information from the Travel Agent. If established that the travel agent has not informed the customer of the terminal change, IndiGo will debit all aforesaid costs, losses and damages.

Please confirm the contents of this e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the mail. If no such confirmation is received within 7 days, it will be construed to be a deemed consent by the Travel Agent.
