Placed below please find a communication received from Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India regarding “Incredible India Tourism Promotion Seminar” on 27th December 2017 from 0900 to 1200 hours at Hotel Rennaissance, Shanghai which is being organized by the Consulate General of India in Shanghai.
 
A copy of the detailed programme is attached for your easy reference.

Please note all expenses for travel, accommodation etc. will have to be borne by the participating members directly.

Greetings from Consulate General of India in Shanghai! 
 
As part of promoting Brand India the Consulate General of India in Shanghai would be organizing an event -" Incredible India Tourism Promotion Seminar" on December 27, 2017 from 0900-1200 hrs at Hotel Renaissance in Shanghai to promote tourism from China to India as per the following details:
 
Date: 27.12.2017
 
Time: 0900-1200hrs
 
Venue: Hotel Renaissance Yangtze Shanghai, ( 3rd floor; 2099, Yan’an West Road,Shanghai)
 
The event would be supported by the Shanghai Tourism Trade Association and would be attended by nearly 70 leading tour operators from Shanghai and other cities from Eastern China Region.
 
A tentative programme outline for the event is attached herewith.
 
The India Tourism Office in Beijing may be encouraged to extend fullest support in successful organization of the event.
 
Also, interested tour operators from India may be asked to participate with the details of specific packages for tourists from China.
