Members attending the seminar will be required to assemble at the Ashok Hotel, 50-B, Diplomatic Enclave, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110021. The coach will leave from Ashok Hotel at 6.30 AM tomorrow, the 30^th November 2017 for Kurukshetra and will return on same.

Dear Sir,

As discussed, I am directed to invite your members i.e Tour Operators/Travel Agents for the Seminar to be held on 30th Nov. 2017 at 12 Noon at Kurukshetra during International Gita Mahotsav 2017. We will carry them to Kurukshetra for the same and leave Delhi at 6.30 Am in the morning on 30th Nov. 2017 by a volvo bus to Kurukshetra and will be back on same day. 

The assembling point will be the Ashok Hotel, 50-B, Diplomatic Enclave, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110021. It is therefore, requested that a list of your member who will be interested may kindly be forwarded tomorrow till 4.00 Pm to enable us to make the necessary arrangements.
