Please find below a copy of an email received from Indiatourism Delhi, which is self-explanatory.
 
It is regarding IATO members participation in ITM Guwahati scheduled from 5th to 7th of December, 2017. Indiatourism Delhi need names of about 25 participants who are promoting North East region. They have indicated these 25 agents to be identified from North Region.
 
Hence those who are interested, may kindly confirm their participation directly to

Subject: List of Domesic buyers for ITM Guwahati from 5th to 7th of December, 2017

Sir,

This is with reference to the e mail circular sent by this office on dated 25/09/2017 regarding ITM Guwahati scheduled from 5th to 7th of December, 2017 regarding inviting 25 leading Domestic Tour Operators as buyers from North Indian states/UTs.

In this regard, you are requested to kindly identify/nominate them at the 25 Domestic Tour Operators from Northern region for participating in the Event particularly to attend the B2B session where 80 domestic sellers (tour operators, hoteliers and homestays) from 8 North eastern states will be available.

Further, please be informed that these Domestic Tour Operators will be eligible for reimbursement of Air India to and fro airfare (Maximum Rs. 30,000/- in total) under Domestic MDA scheme subject to prior approval the competent authority. (i.e. these Domestic Tour Operators have to apply for the prior approval as per Domestic MDA Guidelines with the Travel Trade Division of the Ministry of Tourism). The application shall be submitted to the Assistant Director General (Travel Trade), Government of India, Ministry of Tourism, Room No. 23, C -1, Dalhousie Road, New Delhi –110 011in the prescribed format (Annexure –I) at least 14 days in advance (prior to the date of event).

A copy of Domestic MDA Guidelines is attached herewith for your ready reference and circulation among nominated Domestic tour operators.

The compiled list of these identified/nominated Domestic buyers may kindly be sent to Indiatourism Delhi office at the earliest positively by 10/11/2017.
