Sub: Reminder - Annual General Meeting, Monday, 23rd October, 2017 at 1130 hours at The Park Hotel, New Delhi
 
This is further to our circular dated 3rd October 2017 regarding IATO Annual General Meeting being held on Monday, the 23rd October 2017 at 1130 hours.
 
Please note that the venue of Annual General Meeting has been finalized and would be held at The Park Hotel, Parliament Street, New Delhi.
 
The agenda of the Annual General Meeting is as under:-
 
- Welcome address by the President
 
- Presentation of Annual Report by the Hony. Secretary
 
- Presentation of accounts for the F/Y 2016-17 by the Hony. Treasurer and approval by the General Body 
 
 - Appointment of Auditor for the Financial Year 2017 - 18
 
- Any other point with permission of the chair
 
- Vote of thanks by the Sr. Vice President
 
AGM will be followed by lunch hosted by IATO.
 
A copy of the Audited Balance Sheet for the financial year 2016-17 has already been sent to all members. Members are requested to kindly send their confirmation by 20th October 2017 to IATO Office for logistical arrangements.
