Sub: Update on GST Meeting held on 10th October 2017
 
A meeting was held today with Mr. G.D. Lohani, Joint Secretary, Central Board of Excise and Customs, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India today in North Block. During the meeting we took up all the issues and the problems which tour operators are facing in running their business and also we asked for some relief for the tourism industry.
 
We were given a patient hearing. However we have been advised that they will call us again for a meeting to discuss this matter in detail along with higher authorities.
