Dear Members,

Sub: Annual General Meeting, Monday, 23rd October, 2017 at 1130 hours, New Delhi 

IATO Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, the 23rd October 2017 at 1130 hours and venue of the AGM shall be advised. 

The agenda of the Annual General Meeting is as under:-
• Welcome address by the President
• Presentation of Annual Report by the Hony. Secretary
• Presentation of accounts for the F/Y 2016-17 by the Hony. Treasurer and approval by the General Body
• Appointment of Auditor for the Financial Year 2017 - 18
• Any other point with permission of the chair
• Vote of thanks by the Sr. Vice President

AGM will be followed by lunch hosted by IATO. 

A copy of the Audited Balance Sheet for the financial year 2016-17 is enclosed. If you have any observations, please send the same to IATO Secretariat at the earliest and in any case not later than 14th October, 2017.

Members are requested to kindly send their confirmation by telephone/fax/ email by 18th October 2017 to IATO Office for logistical arrangements.
