Subject: Fwd: Serbia - Visas abolished for Indian passport holders
Dear Mr Sarkar,
I have immense pleasure to inform you that the Government of the Republic of Serbia has adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the Indian nationals, holding ordinary passports. The Decision entered into force on 2 September 2017. Under the Decision, the nationals of India can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within a period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners:
We believe that this Decision will greatly facilitate travel to Serbia and that with your support we will be able to bring our country much closer to India and make it a top new destination for Indian travelers. I am therefore kindly asking that this information be circulated among IATO members. Our Embassy team will be at their full disposal for any inquiries they may have or assistance they may need.
Many thanks and best regards,
Vladimir Maric
