You will be pleased to know that the Government of the Republic of Serbia has taken a decision for exemption of Visa for the Indian Nationals. Indian national can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a Visa for a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within a period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in article 11 of of the law on foreigners, which is clarified on the below link :

I have immense pleasure to inform you that the Government of the Republic of Serbia has adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the Indian nationals, holding ordinary passports. The Decision entered into force on 2 September 2017. Under the Decision, the nationals of India can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within a period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners:
