1. Registration for the convention:- This is to remind you all who have not registered so far for the 1st IATO Outbound Convention being organized in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 2nd to 5th October, 2017. Registration is attached. Link for online registration will be live soon. However, you can send your registration by email and can make payment by sending cheque or NEFT.

2. Special Fare on Sri Lankan Airlines- Special fares have been offered by SriLankan Airlines for the delegates as per following:-

 

• INR 15000 inclusive of taxes from Delhi/Mumbai/Kolkata to Colombo and back.

 

• INR 10000 inclusive of taxes from Vishakhapatnam /Hyderabad /Chennai /Trichy/ Kochi/ Thiruvananthapuram/   Bangalore to Colombo and back.

 

 

Members who are interested to avail special fare should send an e-mail with your travel details to Ms. Sakshi Mehra at e-mail ID ticketingcolombo@gmail.com (Mobile No. 9811093134). She will then issue an authority letter in favour of SriLankan Airlines, which has to be carried to SriLankan Airlines ticketing office in your city for the issuance of the air tickets against cash payment. In this connection please note the following:-

 

i) No seats have been blocked and will be subject to availability of seats at the time of booking.

 

ii) To enable us issue the letter for the air tickets, please forward the following information of the delegates:-

Once the above information is sent, the letter for the air tickets in favour of SriLankan Airlines would be sent to the respective delegate. Members in Delhi can collect the authority letter by hand and members who are located outside, scanned copy of authority letter will be sent by email.
