Sub: World Travel Market (WTM)   6th - 8th November 2017.

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is participating at the World Travel Market (WTM), to be held in London from 6th - 8th November 2017 and have invited the travel industry to participate as co-exhibitors in India Pavilion being set up to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of the country.

Members who wish to book space in the India Pavilion at WTM 2017 will be required to deposit an initial amount of Rs.25,000/- ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS to the Ministry of Tourism as their commitment towards participation in the event.  This amount needs to be submitted to:-

The advance payment need to be made by way of Demand Draft in favour of the “Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, New Delhi”  valid for a period of 3 months, with validity to be extended thereafter till full payment for the booth is made. The same would be returned to the stakeholders as and when they make full payment for the booth(s) booked by them in the India Pavilion. In the event of any stakeholder withdraws participation after making payment and not participating in the event after making a commitment, their Demand Draft would be non-refundable will be deposited in the Government account.

The participation fee in the India Pavilion at WTM 2017 will be conveyed in due course. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis.

Members who confirm their bookings and pay the initial deposit of Rs.25,000/- ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS  will be treated on par and given the advantage for location of their stall, to be determined by a draw of lots. For confirmations received thereafter, stall location will be on first come first served basis which will also be determined by a draw of lots

Members who are interested should confirm their participation at the earliest, along with their space requirement and payment of Rs.25,000/-.
