Sub: Regarding emails from the IATO Secretariat.

We often receive complaints from the members especially from the Allied Members that they don’t get circulars from IATO and thus miss out important information from IATO.

After carefully going through the reasons, we have observed the following:-

Some of the email ids held in our records are not being opened by the members and are not active. This results such email ids automatically get unsubscribe or emails bounce back after sometime. Once any email id is unsubscribed, it is not possible for the IATO Secretariat to re-add that particular email id in our emailing software due to Protection Law.

Members are therefore, advised the following:-

To add operations@iato.in in SAFE SENDER LIST in your emailing software and check your firewall, Antivirus, Spam Filter settings accordingly.

Check your SPAM FOLDER and if any IATO Email is received in your Spam Folder, Mark such emails as “NOT A SPAM” and move it to your INBOX. 

Give us an alternate email id on which emails are regularly opened and seen.

IATO WhatsApp Group:- Also all circulars are being sent to the members on IATO Official WhatsApp Groups. Please read the circulars regularly/on Daily Basis. Average 3 to 4 messages are sent in a day on IATO Official WhatsApp Groups.

Those who are NOT in IATO WhatsApp Group, please get in touch with the IATO Secretariat to get your mobile number included in the IATO Official WhatsApp Group.
