 Sub: IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting on Friday, the 30^th May 2025 at The Park Hotel, New Delhi.

 The IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting will be held on. 

Day/Date   -   Friday, the 30^th May, 2025   

Time          -   1130 hours

Venue       - The Park Hotel, Parliament Street, New Delhi -110008              

 Agenda of the meeting is as follows:-

• Opening remarks/introduction by the Hony. Secretary
• Welcome address by the President  
• In-house announcements by the Hony. Secretary
• Open House, Question/Answer Session
• Summing up and Vote of Thanks by the Senior Vice President

 Please note the following:-

• This being the first meeting after the IATO elections, lunch will be hosted by IATO and one person from each company will be hosted.
• For additional person from any company, it will be chargeable @ Rs. 2000/- per person. This is the actual cost being charged by the hotel. Payment for additional person can be made at the IATO counter on the spot by UPI or cash.
• Members are requested to attend in large numbers.  

 Please send your confirmation to IATO by 26^th May, 2025 to enable us make logistical arrangements accordingly
