Subject: Participation in Arabian Travel Mart in India Pavilion being set up by SEPC from 28^th April to 1^st May, 2025

Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) is organizing the prestigious India Pavilion in close association with Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025, scheduled to take place from 28 April to 1 May, 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai.

On IATO’s request early bird discount has been offered to our members who send their confirmation before 4^th April 2025. Details are as under:-  

Normal Rates 

• Cost 4 Sqm fully built-up booth is Rs. 7.00 Lakhs ((Additional amenities will be charged)

• Cost of Table Space (no additional amenities is Rs. 3.50 lakhs 

Early bird discount rates (applicable till 4^th April 2025)

• Cost of 4 Sqm fully built-up both is Rs. 6.50 Lakhs ((Additional amenities will be charged)

• Cost of Table space (no additional amenities)  -  Rs.3.25 Lakhs. 

Early bird discount offer is applicable subject to the following conditions:

• The last date to register under early bird discount offer is 4^th April, 2025.

• SEPC must receive the confirmation along with payment by 4^th April, 2025.

• No registration would be considered under early bird discount offer after 4^th April, 2025.

• Actual participation cost would be applicable after closing of early bird discount offer i.e. after 4^th April 2025.

• Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
