Sub: Participation in MITT – 2025 for IATO Members.

MITT is going to be held in Moscow from 18−20 March 2025. IATO was following up with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India to set up India Pavilion and invite our members to participate as co-exhibitors in India Pavilion.  However, we have been given to understand that Ministry is not participating in MITT-2025.

However, we have received a proposal from M/s. Moonlit Global for participation in MITT of our members to participate

Above cost includes Registration Fee, Insurance Service, STANDARD PLUS Shell Scheme, table, chair, Electricity for Equipped Stands 2kW, Information counter 50x100x110 cm, Plug Socket tee 220V up to 1kW, Metal-halogen spotlight 70W, Wall panel white 100x250 cm, 1 bar stool black, Exhibitor passes, Information about Exhibitor in route planner and web-site, General security & isles cleaning (note: individual stand cleaning is not included) This is an all-inclusive participation package. )

Members those who are interested may send their express of interest to IATO definitely by 12 noon on Monday, the 3rd March 2025 alongwith security amount of Rs. 25000/. Please make payment of Rs. 25000/-  in the following account of IATO.

Kindly note the following: - 

Participation in MITT will be subject to confirmation from 10 members on first come first serve basis.

If we don’t receive confirmation with security deposit of Rs. 25000/- from 10 members, IATO shall not participate and security amount will be refunded.

No withdrawal will be allowed once we confirm to the organizer with the name of 10 exhibitors and security amount of Rs. 25000/- will be forfeited.

Once confirmation is sent to the organizers with the name of 10 exhibitors, we shall send you the account details of the organizer for making payment of INR 1,94,700/- and once you have made the payment to the organizer, security amount of Rs. 25000/- will be refunded.

Above information is to be sent after making payment of Rs 25000/- in IATO’s account and first 10 members who make the payment and send us the above information will be considered. Names received without security amount will not be considered.
