Subject: Invitation to Participate in Agra Beyond Taj Event & Taj Mahotsav-2025, and FAM Tour to Bharatpur

Indiatourism Delhi, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, has invited  tour operators (recognized by the Ministry) to participate in the Agra Beyond Taj event and Taj Mahotsav-2025, scheduled for February 27, 2025, in Agra. Additionally, a FAM tour to Bharatpur will be organized on February 28, 2025,

To highlight lesser-known monuments and tourist attractions in and around Agra, the Agra Beyond Taj 2025 event will be hosted by the Tourism Guild of Agra at Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra on February 27, 2025. Further Taj Mahotsav-2025, one of the most anticipated cultural festivals, is going on w.e.f 18th February to 2nd March , 2025, at Shilpgram, near the Eastern Gate of the Taj Mahal, showcasing the region’s rich cultural and natural heritage.

Coinciding with this, to promote wildlife and heritage tourism, a FAM tour to Bharatpur will be conducted on 28th February, 2025, covering the renowned Keoladeo National The tentative programme of the event is as under: - 

 Day 1 (27.02.2025)

08:00 AM       Dep. from Indiatiourism Delhi to Agra, by Bus/Taxi

11.30 AM       Arr. at Hotel Clark Shiraz, Agra and check in

12.30 PM       Participation at Agra Beyond Taj event at Hotel Jaypee Palace and Convention Center

1.30 PM          Networking Lunch

2.30 PM to 5 PM      Panel Discussion along with other activities

5.00 PM          Participation in Taj Mahotsav, Agra at Shilpgram

8.30 PM          Networking Dinner & Night stay at Hotel Clark Shiraz, Agra

 

Day 2 (28.02.2025)

08 am to 09:00 AM  Breakfast

9.30 am          Local sightseeing of lesser know destination of Agra/near by Agra along with other monuments of Agra

12.30 PM       Check in at Hotel Udai Vilas Palace in Bharatpur

1.00PM           Lunch

2.00 PM         Visit of Keoladeo National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site & Lohagarh Fort

6.00 PM          Local visit to showcase local Handicrafts items

8.00 PM          Networking dinner at hotel Udai Vilas Palace in Bharatpur and stay in same hotel

Day 3 (01.03.2025)

8.00 AM          Breakfast and departure to Delhi

IATO has been asked to nominate 5 members who are recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. 

Kindly note the following:-

  • Only one person from each company MD/Director/Owner/GM/Decision Maker will be considered for participation.
  • Maximum 5 members will be registered for this event on first come first serve basis.
  • Members who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2024-25 will not be considered.
  • Member who are recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India will only be considered.

Note: Please note members, who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2024-25 and are not recognized by the Ministry of Tourism will not be considered, hence they should not apply.
