Sub: Invitation for Hosted Buyer Programme for India Travel Mart (ITM) Chandigarh.

ICM Group is organizing India Travel Mart (ITM) in Chandigarh from 28th February - 1st March 2025, at Kisan Bhawan, 1, Dakshin Marg, 35A, Sector 35, Chandigarh, 160036. IATO has been asked to nominate 10 members for this event to join as hosted buyer.

Members who wish to attend, will be provided accommodation on twin sharing basis on AP for 01 Nights , Check In: 28th February and checkout on 1st March 2025.

However, members who wish to attend, have to make their own arrangements to reach Chandigarh and local transport. Please note reimbursement of Rs. 2000/- shall be provided towards the tickets by the host.

Registration will be on first come first serve basis for maximum 10 members.

Only one person (decision maker) from each company will be considered.

Members those who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2024-25 will not be considered. Accommodation will be provided on Twin sharing basis.
