Sub: Invitation to IATO Members and their FTOs by IATO & IHCL for ITB, Berlin on 4^th and 5^th March 2025

IHCL cordially invite IATO members and their FTOs to host cocktail at IHCL booth, details of which are as follows:-

• Date: Tuesday 4^th March 2025 and Wednesday, the 5^th March 2025
• Time: 1630 hrs to 1800 hrs    
• Venue: IHCL Booth at ITB Berlin – Hall 9/Stand 204 A 

A joint invitation from IHCL and IATO will be sent to Indian Tour Operators (who should be an IATO member) and their FTOs. Invitation will be restricted to maximum one person from each company and one FTO.

1. Details of Indian Tour Operator (only one) is to be sent by 19^th February 2025 to Ms. Delna Jasoomoney, Vice President – Travel Industry Sales, IHCL on her email id:- delna.jasoomoney@ihcltata.com

2. Details of the foreign tour operator (Only One can be recommended is to be sent by 19^th February 2025, whom you want IHCL to invite be sent to Ms.  Delna Jasoomoney, Vice President – Travel Industry Sales, IHCL on her email id:- delna.jasoomoney@ihcltata.com

 On the basis of the above, IHCL will send an invite to the above member/FTO latest by 21^st February 2025 with a copy to the recommending Indian tour operator.  In the following week, IHCL will reconfirm with the FTOs of their participation.

Please note that the entry will be restricted and will be allowed on the basis of invitation and confirmation by the Indian Tour Operators and the Foreign Tour Operators.

The entry into the venue will be subject to the names available in the invitees list at the entry point. Therefore, it is essential that the FTO/India Tour Operator must reconfirm their presence to IHCL in advance so that there is no problem at the time of entry.

It is therefore imperative, that all details must be sent to Ms. Delna Jasoomoney by the given deadline.

IHCL will not use this information regarding your FTO for any business.

NOTE: Final decision for extending the invitation will be the Sole discretion of IHCL and cannot be challenged.
