Sub: Interest of IATO members to participate in MITT Moscow, ATM Dubai and IMEX Frankfurt 2025

Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is planning to participate by setting up India Pavilion in the following three forthcoming international travel marts:-

1. MITT, Moscow, 18−20 March 2025
2. Arabian Travel Mart, 28 April to 1^st May 2025
3. IMEX Frankfurt, 20-22 May, 2025 

Ministry of Tourism, Government of India has desired to know as to how many IATO Members are interested to participate in any of the above 3 events so that Ministry of Tourism can take a concerted decision about setting up India Pavilion in these marts.

Members those who are interested to participate in any of the above three events, are requested to send their Expression of Interest by Monday, the 3^rd February 2025  with the following  information:-

• Name of the company
• Name of the person
• Name of the event in which you would like to take a booth out of the three above.
• Email id
• Mobile number 

Above information, may please be sent to IATO Secretariat on email id operations@iato.in and iato.circulars@gmail.com definitely by Monday, the 3^rd February 2025.

Note: Please note, members those who are approved by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India can only participate.
