Dear Friends,

Sub: Participation of IATO Members in ITB 2025 in India Pavilion of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is participating at ITB 2025 to be held in Berlin, Germany from 4th to 6th March 2025 and has invited the travel industry stakeholders to participate as co-exhibitors within the India Pavilion being set up to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of the country.

Members can book their space in India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis. The participation fee in the India Pavilion at ITB 2025 is Rs. 1,75,000/-  *(Rupees One lakh seventy five thousands)* per 4 sq. meter. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis.

The India Pavilion will have a common decor/ theme and all co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion will be provided fully built up booths / stalls with provision for display of publicity material only within their own booths/ stalls.

Members those who are interested to participate, need to send their confirmation for participation at the earliest and not later than 22nd January 2025 along with space requirement by email to.

Note:

•             Members those who are recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India can only participate in Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India pavilion. Therefore, members who are not approved by the Ministry should not apply as they will not be considered.

•             Please note, No withdrawal will be allowed under any circumstances once the confirmation is sent by you to the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.

•             Financial Assistance under MDA will not be provided for ITB Berlin 2025.
