Attached please find a list of Fairs and Exhibitions received India Tourism, Amsterdam where Indiatourism would be participating in 2015-16.

India Tourism, Amsterdam, would be participating in most of the important fairs in Benelux and Scandinavian countries during 2015-16. The participation fees for interested co-exhibitors have been calculated as per the guidelines of MOT.  Accordingly, the details of the participation fee for each fair category-wise are given below:

The participation entails one entrance badge, table space, and wherever possible listing in the official brochure.  (Listing in official brochure will depend on receiving of the information from co-exhibitors before the deadline).  Since the space is limited, the allocation will be done on a “First come first serve basis”.  Table space will be confirmed on receipt of the payment by bank transfer to the account of India Tourism, Amsterdam.  Anyone interested in participating may kindly send an email to tio@indiatourismamsterdam.com, and copy to info@indiatourismamsterdam.com before 6th November, 2015 giving the details of the fair they would like to participate.  India Tourism, Amsterdam, will subsequently raise an invoice and payment should be made against the invoice for confirmation of space.
 
Kindly circulate the above lists to all stakeholders so that anyone interested can book their participation well in time.
