Sub: POSH Order dated 6th January 2025

Attached please find Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) order dated 6th January 2025 issued by the Government of NCT Delhi, Labour Department.As per the order, every Employer employing 10 or more employees shall constitute an Internal Complaint Committee, which is mandatory. Non-compliance of the provisions of the Act shall attracts penalty.

It is also informed that Ministry of Women and Child has institute “She Box Portal” for online complaint registration. The employers in public and private sectors can also register themselves with the She Box Portal.

All our members who have 10 or more employees are advised to follow the guidelines of the order and constitute an Internal Complaint Committee.
