Sub: IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting on Friday, the 10th January 2025 at Zone Connect By The Park, Saket, New Delhi.

The IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting will be held on.

Agenda of the meeting is as follows.

•           Opening remarks/introduction by the Hony. Secretary

•           Welcome address by the President 

•           In-house announcements by the Hony. Secretary

•           Open House, Question/Answer Session

•           Summing up and Vote of Thanks by the Senior Vice President, IATO

•           Lunch

Please note the following

Lunch will be contributory and lunch cost will be subsidized by IATO. Members need to pay Rs. 500/- per pax and the balance amount will be paid by IATO. Payment can be made by UPI or cash on the spot at the IATO Reception Counter.

Subsidized cost of lunch of Rs. 500/- is for one member from each company only. For additional person, Rs. 1700/- will be charged. This is the actual cost being charged by the hotel.

Members those who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2024-25, must pay their annual subscription to IATO to attend the luncheon meeting. Members are requested to attend in large numbers.
