Sub: Participation in FITUR 2025 in India Pavilion.

This is further to our email dated 30th December 2024 with regard to participation in FITUR 2025.

Today, late afternoon, Mr. Rajiv Mehra, President and myself had a meeting with Director General (Tourism), Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India for this event.As per Ministry of Tourism, they are trying their level best to obtain the approval for the same.

In this regard Ministry wants the following information urgently.

•             Name of the Company ……….

•             Name of the person who would participate in FITUR………

•             Whether the person participating have the Schengen Visa or not  (Yes or No)……..

•             Mobile No………..

•             Email id ………….

Kindly note the Cost of 4 sq. meter booth would be Rs. 1,75, 000/-

For those who don’t have the Schengen Visa, our Ministry would try to help in obtaining visa.

2.       Another proposal discussed was that due to shortage of time, to enable our members to get maximum business, Our Mnistry would try to engage a PR company for fixing up appointments.

3.       We require the above information by 3 pm on (tomorrow) Thursday, the 2nd January 2025. 

4.       If the response is good, we might have a VC meeting with DG Tourism at around 5 pm (tomorrow) Thursday, the 2nd January 2025. 

5.       Members those who are interested are requested to send us the above information definitely by 3 pm on Thursday, the 2nd January 2025 on email id operations@iato.in with copy to admin@iato.in
