Sub: Regarding participation in FITUR 2025.

As you are aware, FITUR 2025 is going to be held from 22nd to 26 January 2025 in Madrid, Spain.

In spite of our regular follow-up with the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India at all level for last two months, till this date, we have no news from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India regarding setting up India Pavilion.

Under the above circumstances, IATO is planning to taking a 50 Sq, Meter space wherein 10 to 12 table space can be accommodated. The cost of one table space including fabrication works out to EURO 4000 per table space.

Members those who are interested to take table space, may send us their confirmation through an email By 1 pm on Thursday, The 2nd January 2025 on

Kindly note the following.

1.            If we get more than the required numbers, we will have a draw of lot.  However, in case if the response is much more, then we will try to get bigger space. In case if numbers are less than 10, then we will not go ahead with this proposal

2.            A security deposit of Rs. 2.5 lakh will be taken from each member in IATO’s account.

3.            Once company deposit full payment of EURO 4000 in the account in Europe, we shall then refund the security amount.

4.            In case on a later date, if Ministry of Tourism decides to participate in FITUR, giving a lower rate and if any member wants to opt to have booth in India Pavilion, we will not be able to cancel the space held in the IATO Pavilion and under any circumstances amount of EURO 4000 will NOT BE refunded.

Members those who are interested, are requested to revert by 1 pm on Thursday, the 2nd January 2025.
